Creating Office 365 account

  1. Go the Office for Education wepage : https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/education/products/office
  2. Enter your corporate mail address : @cyu.fr for staffs, @etu.cyu.fr for students.
  3. Specify if you are a sutdent or a staff.
  4. An activation code is sent to you corporate mail address. It can take up to 3 minutes to receive the mail.
    If you did not receive the code after 3 minutes, click on Resend signup code. This send the same code again.
  5. Complete the registration form, and click on Start.
  6. Your Office 365 account for CY Cergy Paris Université is created.
  7. If you are required to add a second authentication factor (mainly when resetting your password), you can use:
    • A personal email address
    • A personal phone number

This account has a specific password, only to use for Microsoft Online Services (Office 365, MIcrosoft 365, Teams, …).
